I am a licensed practicing counselor with a National certification. I have worked for over 18 years in counseling related fields. I have experience in many different issues such as family conflict, abuse and neglect, depression, stress management, family issues, adoption and foster care issues and parenting. I specialize in children and adolescence. My counseling approach is meeting people where they are and walking with them as they get to where they want to go. I believe a counseling relationship is one where the consumer leads and the counselor is there to support and give necessary tools along the way. A relationship of acceptance with zero judgements. My approach is based in cognitive behavioral approach but utilizes the approach most needed to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.
